Abstract. In the article, an attempt is made to analyze the issue of the Global Public Goods globalization. Despite the fact that GPGs concept is not accorded wide recognition in expert community yet, and often becomes a target of criticism as a weak analytical tool used by international organizations officials only to draw attention to their activities, the authors would like to make a point that the very fact of this concept formulation and promotion is a step in the right direction, toward better understanding of complicated interconnections emerging between different international system elements in the era of globalization, and of the ongoing processes within it.

Keywords: Global Public Goods, GPGs, concept of knowledge, global public evil
