Abstract. The article analyzes the scientific and educational policy of the Organization of the Turkic States (OTS) on the example of the activities of the Turkic Academy. The focus is on the dominant role of the Republic of Turkey in building institutions of cooperation between the Turkic republics in various fields. The author emphasizes the ideological and value reinforcement of these processes and the promotion of narratives beneficial to Ankara in the fields of the institutions under review, primarily the Organization of Turkic States. The Turkic Academy is an organization that implements integration processes in the scientific and educational aspect. The key works of the Turkic Academy are analyzed, their content and significance are presented. It is concluded that the Academy serves as a tool for the scientific promotion of Turkish ideas and values, creating an image of the indivisibility and continuity of the development of the Turkic peoples and the need to strengthen integration between them at the present stage.
