Abstract. The article examines the Ukrainian crisis 2013–2022 as a multi-level phenomenon that affects the internal, bilateral, regional and global processes of modernity. The authors identify four key levels: intra-Ukrainian, Russian-Ukrainian relations, post-Soviet space, global.
