Abstract
Next elections to the Moldovan parliament will take place on February 24, 2019. Elections will be held in accordance with the recently adopted new hybrid electoral system: half of the deputies will be elected by party lists and the second half – in single-mandate constituencies. The main geopolitical intrigue of the upcoming elections will again be the confrontation between pro-Russian and pro-Western forces.
