Abstract
December 19, 2017 UN General Assembly approved another anti-Russian resolution on Crimea. Following the vote, Russia has consolidated  the results of 2016 and has achieved tangible changes in the balance of power in its favor compared to 2014. This is the result of the strengthening of international positions of  this country.
