Armenia after Parliamentary Elections

Abstract. The article explores results of the parliamentary elections held in Armenia on April 2, 2017. The Republican Party supporting Armenia’s membership in the Eurasian union and favouring relations both with Russia and the European economic union received the electoral majority. Having analyzed election results and positions of political parties that received membership in the parliament the author comes to a conclusion that relations with Russia will remain the priority of Armenia’s foreign policy.
