The article analyzes formation and present condition of inter-state relations be-tween the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation. The author emphasiz-es that relations between Armenia and Russia are mutually beneficial and develop successfully. Armenia gives high importance to further strengthening of strategic partnership with the RF and to the utmost use of the whole potential of their bilat-eral relations.
