Abstract. At presidential elections held in Belarus on October 11, 2015 a convincing victory was  gained again by Alexander Lukashenka. In the opinion of most experts, his reelection to the post of  the head of state will not bring any significant changes in domestic and foreign policy of Minsk.  Apparently the President of Belarus will continue a multi-vector foreign policy by developing  relations with both Russia and the European Union and by manoeuvreing between these power centers.

Keywords: Belarus, 2015 presidential elections, multi-vector foreign policy, Russia-Belarus  relations
