Organization of the Collective Security Treaty and Afghan Narcotic Threat: New Aspects

Abstract

The article explores priority directions of the Organization of the Collective Security Treaty activities in Central Asia at the time of the exponential growth of Afghan narcotic production. However increased efforts of regional organizations to withstand the Afghan narcotic threat do not compensate an absence of coordinated actions by the international community to fight this threat.
