The article analyses theoretical aspects of development of a state-private partnership in the Republic of Moldova. It examines basic forms, methods and models of interaction between state and private business actors. Recommendations are offered on promotion of a state-private partnership in Moldova taking into account the experience of countries both with developed and transitional economies.
