Abstract. A special role of agriculture in the Ukrainian economy demands its full-scale modernization. Indeed the modernization process in the agrarian sector of the republic gradually accelerates but it lacks method and so far does not correspond to world tendencies. To speed up these activities, authors of the article maintain, it is necessary to provide necessary financial and information resources.
