Interdependency between migration and innovation policy in Germany

The article deals with the interdependency of migration and innovation policy in Germany in the last decades. The author argues that in the XXI century the migration policy was done with caution to innovation and economic one: some programs for attracting skilled workforce were launched, the citizenship law was adjusted. But this didn’t change the situation: migration law still prevents the free migration flow and forces the migrants to use the refugee track. The last does hinder them to integrate fast, to get a job, and Germany doesn’t have the possibility to manage the migration flow.
