“Turkish Stream”: Genesis and Prospects

The article describes genesis of the “Turkish Stream” gas pipeline and its prospects. It has established that construction of a gas pipeline in underwater Black Sea is an only possible way in the nearest future. It may provide capacity of 16 billion cubic meters for Turkish consumers annually. By 2018-2020 the capacity of the “Turkish Stream” may increase twice, but only in case if Iranian and Turkmen gas does not bring to Europe.
