Transformation of the Austrian neutrality

This article considers the changing nature of Austrian neutrality. A special role in its erosion is played by the participation of Austria in the Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP) of the European Union, based on the Lisbon Treaty. The actual erosion of Austrian neutrality will not lead to a declarative rejection of it, since neutrality is a traditional and important element of the Austrian foreign policy culture.
