The strategic alliance of Russia and the EU.

The paper analyzes the characteristics and form strategic alliances companies from Russia and the EU on a sectoral basis, as well as by type of motivation of partners within the alliance. Concludes that strategic alliances with European companies in the form in which they exist now, are not always useful for the Russian enterprises and the economy as a whole, nor does it have the desired positive impact on the integration process between the EU and Russia.
