Scope of research: changes in the society of the future brought about by breakthrough innovations and systems. The paper looks at several promising markets and technologies, capable of making sweeping changes both in the living conditions and the quality of life by as early as 2030–2035. The first noticeable changes might take place between 2020–2025, the period considered as the beginning of a new stage in the development of Planet Earth, called by analysts the era of tensions or the age of strategic shocks. The author illustrates how important it is to timely forecast changes; to hold alternative discussion of new ideas and to develop solutions.
