Role of foreign migrants in the process of formation of human capital in the EU countries

The paper examines specifics of attracting foreign labor migrants in the EU countries and analyses their role as a source of human capital in the context of globalization and growing importance of demographic and socio-economic factors. The author focuses attention at the main features of labor migrants as a part of human capital in the European Union. The problems of education of foreign workers, their employment on labor market and integra- tion into European society are touched upon in the paper.
