The unprecedented growth of efforts by a variety of countries and organizations to master space resources is making the question of the prospects for developing nations' activities in this area ever more topical. How will the- apparently inevitable- steps that they are undertaking influence international security? This article summarizes the results of a situational (academic) analysis undertaken by the Institute of International Relations at the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.
