The article is devoted to the main changes that took place in Turkish foreign and domestic policy in 2019 and key trends which are supposed to influence Turkish political course in the future. The authors pay special attention to process of gradual reorientation of country’s foreign policy from West to East as well as to contradictory events in internal political affairs. In conclusion the authors evaluate prospects of Turkey’s cooperation with such countries as Russia and the US and determine main directions of country’s further development in the short term.
