Main problems of import substitution in Russia and possible ways oftheir solution

The assessment of the impact of anti-Russian sanctions for the industry of the country is given. The main problems arising in solving of tasks of import substitution are outlined. The ways of overcoming the crisis are suggested, measures to attract capital from other sources are proposed, carrying out R&D and adoption of high technology in the face of anti-Russia sanctions, embargo on the supply of the latest equipment and interdict of loan from Western country are discussed.
