The monograph touches upon the theoretical foundations of corporate integration and analyzes the prerequisites for corporate integration between Russia and the EU. The author examines the role of corporations in bilateral trade, suggests the classification of EU companies’ investment projects in Russia. The relations between the companies of Russia and the EU are shown in dynamics while the political situation is deteriorating and the economic conjuncture becomes more complicated. This approach gives an opportunity to see the real place of companies and their long-term ties in the system of relations between Russia and the EU. Recommendations are given to improve the dialogue between business and government in Russia, as well as to promote the interests of Russian companies in the EU member states.
