This article examines the legal frameworks governing investments in the Arctic, encompassing international treaties, national legislation, and emerging regulatory challenges. Key issues include environmental protection, indigenous rights, and geopolitical tensions. Drawing on case studies from Russia, the United States, and Canada, the analysis highlights the balance between economic development and sustainability. The findings underscore the need for harmonized international standards to mitigate risks and promote equitable investment practices.
