This volume of IMEMO’s series «Global Development» is devoted to international and domestic economic, political and social consequences of the global financial crisis. Contributors of this selection also cover wider range of issues related to various crises in the world economy and international politics. The volume also includes special part dedicated to the influence of the global crisis on Russian economy and its international activities. 6th «Global Development» issue is based on the agenda of the conference «Crisis Phenomena in Global Economy and International Relations», organized by the IMEMO’s Association of Young Scientists and supported by RAS Commission on Youth. Authors of the issue are young (from 25 to 35) professionals in world economy and international relations representing main institutes of Russian Academy of Sciences, and leading Russian national and regional universities.
This publication is intended for researchers, teachers, post-graduate students, as well as for a wide range of readers who are interested in contemporary trends of world economics and international politics.
