The article predicts large-scale structural changes in the world economy and global finance caused by the “black swan” - the coronavirus pandemic. The key areas of change are considered: ideology, public consciousness, multipolar architecture (centers of market power, “workshops of the world”, USA - EU - Asian economies, centers of technology and finance), protectionism against openness in economies, restructuring of labor markets, global commodity and financial flows . The forecast of changes in the technological and product structures of world production, in the labor market is presented. Assumptions have been put forward about the growing value of access to primary resources, food, goods for daily consumption, any offline assets and businesses needed for human survival (with a significant increase in online activities). The demand for assets in personal ownership will increase, while the role of the sharing economy will decrease. There will be incentives for greater savings (financial reserves against large risks) while reducing the demand for loans and other debts. The basic scenario of the economic future is given.
