“Historical” success of negotiations in Vienna

The article describes the Iranian nuclear deal in the form of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, which has negotiated in Vienna on July 14, 2015. The author shows difficulties for entry into force and implementation of this agreement. The analysis has given regards to technical aspects of the plan of action and the procedure of lifting of sanctions against Iran. On the ground of this it was drawn an inference that it is early to speak about “historical” success of negotiations in Vienna. The process of resolution of this crisis does not close yet. Moreover, its positive outcome for international community is not evident.
