In 2022, the confrontation on security issues between Russia and the West turned into a phase of political and military confrontation in Ukraine. The Ukrainian crisis since the beginning at 2014 has become part of the process of changing of the world politics but today even the contours of the new world order of the XXI century are not yet visible.
