This work represents the first experience of analyzing the new phenomenon of the Post-Soviet period – monetary and financial integration actions within the Customs union and the Common economic area. Based on the official legal and statistical information from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and several  international organizations, the monograph deals with the systems of the common customs tariff, joint collection and distribution of import customs duties, the use of the  Russian Ruble as a currency of international settlements. The problems of coordination of monetary policy and prospects for common currency are also reviewed. The book may be of use for all those who is interested in the processes of the Eurasian integration.
