Transformation of the EU Mediterranean policy and its adaptation to the integration process in Europe on bilateral and regional levels are researched in the monograph. The author analyses financial and trade instruments of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership, its socio-cultural and migration dimensions and development of Euro-Mediterranean economic integration. Special attention is paid to the cooperation in the field of energy of two regions and the influence of the financial crisis to Euromed relations. The perspectives of EU Mediterranean policy in the context of political unrests and changes in some arab countries are in-depth study.
