The article explores the specific character and generalities of euroskepticism manifestation in Spain and Portugal, starting from the moment of their accessing to the process of European integration. Until recently euroskepticism was quite reasonably considered as marginal phenomenon in public opinion and ideology of the political parties of these member-states of the European Union (EU). However in recent years a whole number of factors has emerged, which favour the rising of these relatively new for the given Iberian countries sentiment of euroskepticism, and the factor of crisis development is not the only one among them.
