Book is focused on the ideological processes inside .w estern political elites as а factor of global political development and international relations during 1940-s – 2000-s. Ву the usage of system-historical methodological approach author covers evolution of complicated interconnections among main elements of global political-economic system and world order after the World War II: development of capitalist economy and especially ТNCs as its most powerful actors; emergence of super-power relations, and "cold war" as its core functional basis which has existed until 1991; building of military, political and economic Atlantic partnership and Western community; structural changes of international system during last decades; and deep structural, political, ideological and changes inside American an Western European political elites during 6 decades. Theoretical analysis based on the wide range of empirical sources is concentrated on continuity in the development of globalist political thinking of ruling estaЬlishment of the USA and its principal European allies. This continuity is expressed both in the ways of succession and transformation of main ideological concepts which were reflecting long-term goals and strategic interests of different groups of Western political elites and expert-community towards changes of global political order during this period.
