Space activities to-day is under the power multifactor pressure of the basic changes on the broad spectrum of the inward and outward conditions. Competitions in space is growing, the quantity of the participants of space activity is increased, the radical intensification of commercial activity is observed. At the same time, in the conditions of complicated modern totality of the phenomenon, which is inherent to the providing of the international security, new capabilities not only in civilian space, but also in military part of the space activity are growing. Some these capabilities demand from the world community serious efforts, concerning the prevention of the stepping up of the militarization of the space environment, also including the renewal the international law in space.
