With a glance to national interests of Russia the role of developing countries (DСs) in soaring process of the world economy's globalization is investigated. The phenomena of business-risks' geographical diversification and shift of world economic growth towards DCs area have been established. The analysis of the human capital in this group of countries has been given confirming new opportunities for Russian business. Special attention has been given to the analysis of peculiarities of business-environment in the DCs of South Asia and the Islamic world. The impact of ecological component of business-environment in DCs on Russian economic interests has been investigated as well as such a new phenomenon as outward investment from these countries. Some recommendations concerning the optimal positioning of the Russian business in DCs are given remembering that currently and in the foreseeable future the overwhelming majority of a world's population will do live in these countries.
