The article examines the dynamics of modern migration processes in the Middle East (ME) in order to determine the place of foreign cultural migrants from this region in the political life of the European Union (EU). The peculiarities of the policy of the EU towards the Muslim migrants from the ME countries are analyzed. There are differences in the EU regarding the admission of such migrants and the prospects for their integration into the European environment.
