Anti - crisis budget regulation – experience of OECD countries and Russia In view of the ongoing crisis in the global economy, the problem of timely and correct budget decisions which contribute to effective policy on improvement of the Russian economy and financial system under crisis conditions is once again relevant.
The aim of this article is providing analysis of international and current Russian practices and amendments that would be necessary changes in the Russian budgetary legislation directed at improving the efficiency of decisions about the economic and financial systems of Russia while under crisis conditions recovery.
Within the given article using the method of comparisons and analogies, the authors analyzed the practice of anti-crisis budgetary regulation in OECD countries, anti-crisis measures in Russia adopted in 2008-2009 and the reflection of these measures in the budgetary legislation of different countries.
On the basis of comparative analysis of international experience in legislative anti-crisis regulation of budgetary relations in OECD countries and Russian experience were provided conclusions regarding changes in the Russian budgetary legislation that will facilitate effective policies for economic recovery and financial system under crisis conditions.
