A detailed analysis of the problems and specifics of the fight against terrorism during armed conflicts and in post-conflict situations: ways and methods of the integration of anti-terrorist measures into the sphere of security enhancement, restoration of the state- political institutions and the judicial system, as well as into the socio-economic sphere, in the post-conflict zones from Kashmir and Afghanistan to the Near East and Somalia. It is concluded that anti-terrorist measures should be combined with long-term efforts aimed at the stabilization and settlement of the conflicts themselves and the re-establishment of peace in the zones of conflict.
