On May 15, 2025, an article “Kurds: Neither Party nor State” by Stanislav Ivanov, Lead Researcher of the Center for International Security of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), was published on the central Internet portal of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization "InfoSCO". After the self-dissolution of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, the Kurdish issue has acquired a new meaning.
