On August 12, 2024, the website of the “Profile” business magazine published an article by Pavel Gudev, Head of the US and Canada World Ocean Policy Research Group of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), "Maritime Speculation: can the Baltic be Closed to Russian Ships".
The next issue of the “MEMO Journal” (No. 3, 2025) is published. It opens with an article on the experience of systematic study of the discourse of intervention at the UN.
