On February 20, 2023 the “RIA Novosti” website published a commentary by the Head of the Center for North American Studies at IMEMO, Cand. of Science (Politics) Victoria Zhuravleva on the visit of US President Joe Biden to Kyiv. She believes that with his visit he wants to raise his rating.
The last issue of the MEMO Journal (No. 12, 2025) is published this year. A significant place is devoted to the problems of the global economy: articles are published on comparing the effectiveness of the economic growth of the G7 and BRICS countries; on the limitations and opportunities for Russia in the context of the global energy transition; on the impact of access to water on economic growth in Central Asian countries.
