On September 20, 2025, Viktor Kuzminkov, Lead Researcher of the Group of Economics and Politics of Japan of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies of IMEMO commented on Kommersant FM radio regarding the appointment of AI as the leader of the Japanese party "Path to Revival."

In his commentary, V.V. Kuzminkov opined that, given the current circumstances, this appointment appears more like a PR stunt. However, it is also motivated by a desire to ensure a more equitable distribution of resources in Japanese society. In this context, AI can monitor information 24 hours a day, process it, and gather voter opinions, offering more rational decisions based on large databases and providing advice on important issues that will meet voters' aspirations.
