On September 13, 2022 “Vedomosti” newspaper published a commentary by Vadim Mukhanov, Head of Sector for the Caucasus of the Center for post-Soviet Studies, Cand. of Science (History), entitled "Armenia and Azerbaijan agree on cease-fire with Russia's mediation" in connection with the aggravation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
