On December 27, 2024, a commentary by Vadim Mukhanov, Head of the Sector for the Caucasus of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History), on the prospects for concluding an agreement between Georgia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, was published in the “Izvestia” newspaper.
