On September 11, 2024, Feodor Voitolovsky, Director of IMEMO, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, commented on the second debate of the presidential race in the United States for “Russia 1” TV channel.
According to him, during the debate Kamala Harris tried to prove to everyone: she is not Biden, she has her own view, her own agenda. But on the Ukrainian issue, the Democratic candidate, if she wins, will stick to the course of the current US president, Voitolovsky believes.
