Head of sector of international monetary and financial relations of the OGEP and EP E.A. Sidorova gave a detailed commentary to the newspaper “Kommersant”. The focus of the attention of the journalists turned out to be the EU Economic Recovery Plan, in which the EU Common Budget has an important role to play.
“The uniqueness of the new proposal of the European Commission lies in the fact that it is connected with the Common budget of the EU, and for many EU countries this is an unloved and problematic topic.”
