On October 15, 2025, the RIA “Novosti” website published a commentary by Arina Preobrazhenskaya, Senior Researcher of the Center for Comparative Socio-Economic and Political Studies of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (Politics), on the political crisis in France and the prospects for future developments following Sébastien Lecornu's second attempt to form a cabinet.
In January of 2026 the first issue of the MEMO Journal comes out. It opens with an article on the theory and prospects of the global dominance of the U.S. dollar. Economic topics are widely represented on the pages of the issue with materials on the problems of national economies and economic policy of major world and regional powers – the United States, Japan, and Pakistan.
