Alexander Lomanov, Deputy Director of IMEMO, Dr. of Science (History), Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Head of the Center for Asia Pacific Studies of IMEMO, told the “Russia 24” TV channel that China is becoming a promising long-term consumer of Russian energy resources while being a country capable of supplying the most advanced industrial products.
