On March 26, 2023 “Expert” magazine published on its website a commentary by Alexander Lomanov, Acting Deputy Director of IMEMO, Dr. of Science (History), on the topic "At the Current Historical Stage, the Interests of Russia and China Largely Coincide". The interest in partnership with Russia is a long-term priority for China.
