On February 6, 2025, Alexander Krylov, Chief Researcher of the Sector for the Caucasus of the Center for post-Soviet Studies of IMEMO, Dr. of Science (History), commented to the Armenian news channel “Alpha News” on the relations between Azerbaijan and Russia against the background of recent news, in particular, the termination of the activities of Rossotrudnichestvo in Baku – “Now the Relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are not at the Best Level”.
