On March 26, 2023 “Expert” magazine published on its website the comments by Alexander Lomanov, Acting Deputy Director of IMEMO, Dr. of Science (History), and Sergey Lukonin, Head of the Sector of Economy and Politics of China, Cand. of Science (Economics).
By the middle of this century China will have to complete modernization in unfavorable external conditions without Western support. China has apparently decided to engage in the real formation of a pro-Chinese camp. Previously it was not particularly interested in this, relying on globalization and deepening its participation in the global economy.
