On July 23, 2024, the website of the “Iravunk” media holding published an interview with Stanislav Ivanov, Lead Researcher of the Center for International Security of IMEMO, Cand. of Science (History). The joint victory of Baku and Ankara in Artsakh allowed Turkey to open a land transport corridor to neighboring allied Azerbaijan and through it to the Caspian Sea. And that makes a lot of difference.
