On February 6, 2023 “Kommersant” Publishing House published on its website an interview with Alexey Kupriyanov, Head of the Group on South Asia and Indian Ocean, Cand. of Science (History), "The Common Energy market is Destroyed". In the program "Money and Exchanges" he told how oil prices are being formed now and how things are in general on the energy market.
